Sanctuary Tech began in 2014 when Mark Ellison left a large integrator to focus on smaller congregations. The first jobs were console swaps on weekends. Today the company still measures every sanctuary with its own meters and pulls every cable itself.
Most work is in existing buildings where the original acoustics were never planned for amplified sound. We map the reflections, place the speakers where they actually cover, and leave the system simple enough for a volunteer to run on Sunday morning.
